last Friday night...

Ryan and I made a quick trip down to Idaho Falls to catch up and have dinner with Kylee & Abby. It is so crazy how much things change as everyone gets older. When we were in high school there were weekly or bi-weekly trips made down there, and texting or talking daily. Now it is a miracle if we get together once a month, and we maybe text or talk weekly or every other. Everyone is moving on and doing exciting things with their lives though, and at least we still get to catch up.


ANYWAY, back to Friday night. We went to one of my favorite restaurants, Rumbi! YUM! That place is delicious. Then we went back to Kylee's to talk for a while before heading home. Ryan just got a new car, a black Subaru Legacy...umm freakin' hot car! He let me drive it the 30 minute drive home...I was in heaven.

Moral of the story: catching up with friends, driving a hot car, and eating delicious food makes for one great night.

Before Ryan picked me up, I was waiting outside {thank you Idaho for the beautiful nights lately!} and me, my dad, and brothers decided to take some wonderful pictures... :)

I also played a dirty trick on my Facebook friends that night. You see, my daddy was using this nice new car while his nice new car was getting fixed. Well, my car is not so pretty, and I have been complaining about it a lot {sorry daddy!} so I decided to post this picture with the caption "my new baby!! :)" on Facebook. I got lots of comments and likes, tricking people into thinking it was mine. I wish, friendsies, I wish...

At least I thought it was funny :)
